Toolkits on youth participation in politics
NIMD Jordan worked with the Jordanian Ministry of Political and Parliamentary Affairs (MoPPA) to produce and launch this series of civic education toolkits on youth participation in politics.
These toolkits target young people who are members of political parties and civil society organizations. The objective is to spread awareness among Jordanian youth and encourage them to participate with political parties and in the political process.
This series contains eight booklets on topics ranging from democratic theory, to human rights to the art of dialogue.
The publication of these materials was funded by the EU. As part of our role in the European Union support for Jordanian democratic institutions and development (EU-JDID) project, NIMD was responsible for contacting and contracting Jordanian academics and researchers, who produced the content. In addition, our team in Jordan coordinated the processes surrounding the design, production and launch of the materials.
