{"id":19026,"date":"2023-02-01T15:09:46","date_gmt":"2023-02-01T15:09:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nimd.org\/nimd-executive-director-commits-to-new-gender-champion-pledges\/"},"modified":"2025-06-20T07:38:49","modified_gmt":"2025-06-20T07:38:49","slug":"nimd-executive-director-commits-to-new-gender-champion-pledges","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nimd.org\/fr\/nimd-executive-director-commits-to-new-gender-champion-pledges\/","title":{"rendered":"Le directeur ex\u00e9cutif du NIMD s'engage \u00e0 respecter les nouveaux engagements des champions de l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 entre les hommes et les femmes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le directeur ex\u00e9cutif du NIMD, Thijs Berman, a renouvel\u00e9 son engagement \u00e0 l'\u00e9gard de l'Union europ\u00e9enne. <a href=\"https:\/\/genderchampions.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">R\u00e9seau international de champions du genre<\/a> avec deux nouveaux engagements visant \u00e0 favoriser l'autonomisation et la participation \u00e9gale des femmes dans l'ensemble de nos programmes mondiaux.<\/p>\n<p>Thijs a \u00e9t\u00e9 ravi de <a href=\"https:\/\/nimd.org\/fr\/nimd-executive-director-nominated-as-gender-champion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">est devenu membre de la CIG l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re<\/a>En rejoignant un r\u00e9seau mondial de d\u00e9cideurs, hommes et femmes, d\u00e9termin\u00e9s \u00e0 faire tomber les barri\u00e8res entre les sexes et \u00e0 faire de l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 dans leur sph\u00e8re d'influence, la Commission peut contribuer \u00e0 l'am\u00e9lioration de la situation des femmes et des hommes dans le monde.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\"Un v\u00e9ritable changement n\u00e9cessite un v\u00e9ritable engagement<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>En tant que membre du r\u00e9seau, Thijs doit prendre deux engagements personnels chaque ann\u00e9e pour faire progresser l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 entre les hommes et les femmes dans son organisation ou son travail programmatique.<\/p>\n<p>\"Le NIMD s'est engag\u00e9 \u00e0 promouvoir l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 de participation des femmes dans tous ses programmes \u00e0 travers le monde, et cet engagement s'applique \u00e9galement au sein de notre organisation, parce qu'un changement r\u00e9el exige un engagement r\u00e9el\", a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 M. Thijs. \"Par notre engagement en faveur de l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 d'acc\u00e8s et de participation, nous renfor\u00e7ons notre engagement en faveur de l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 des droits plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pour chaque individu, ind\u00e9pendamment de ses ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents ou d'autres caract\u00e9ristiques per\u00e7ues ou r\u00e9elles.\"<\/p>\n<p>\"Nous avons r\u00e9cemment entrepris un audit sur l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 entre les hommes et les femmes, et les r\u00e9sultats de cet audit sont \u00e0 la base de mes engagements pour 2023. Les organisations ne peuvent esp\u00e9rer mettre en \u0153uvre des changements si elles ne sont pas dispos\u00e9es \u00e0 jeter un regard v\u00e9ritablement autocritique sur leurs propres structures et \u00e0 s'assurer que leurs propres maisons sont en ordre.\"<\/p>\n<h2>Des promesses pour un avenir \u00e9galitaire<\/h2>\n<p>Les deux nouveaux engagements de Thijs sont les suivants :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\"Je m'engage \u00e0 cultiver une culture organisationnelle positive et favorable au sein de l'ensemble du personnel, o\u00f9 l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes et l'autonomisation des femmes sont mesurables et int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans tous les processus de prise de d\u00e9cision et de programmation. Pour ce faire, je mettrai en \u0153uvre et assurerai le suivi d'au moins deux recommandations de l'audit sur l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 hommes-femmes.\"<\/li>\n<li>\"Je m'engage \u00e0 cultiver une culture organisationnelle positive et favorable \u00e0 l'ensemble du personnel, dans laquelle l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes et l'autonomisation des femmes sont mesurables et int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans tous les processus de prise de d\u00e9cision et de programmation. Pour ce faire, j'inclurai dans l'enqu\u00eate de satisfaction du personnel des questions sur l'environnement de travail sous l'angle de l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 entre les hommes et les femmes.\"<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Visions pour 2023<\/h2>\n<p>Le NIMD est impatient de partager ces engagements avec les plus de 300 champions du genre actifs du r\u00e9seau et de se lancer dans un programme de travail ambitieux en 2023. <a href=\"https:\/\/nimd.org\/fr\/what-we-do\/womens-political-participation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">La participation politique des femmes<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Outre le r\u00e9seau IGC, le NIMD est \u00e9galement fier d'\u00eatre membre de l'organisation <a href=\"https:\/\/nimd.org\/fr\/programme\/leap4peace\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Consortium LEAP4Peace<\/a>qui soutient les femmes au Myanmar, en Colombie et au Burundi afin qu'elles puissent jouer un r\u00f4le significatif dans le leadership politique, la r\u00e9solution des conflits et la construction de la paix.
