Pourquoi ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La formation des personnes vivant avec un handicap est importante pour l'inclusion sociale et la participation politique, et ce pour trois raisons :<\/p>\n<p><strong>La r\u00e9silience.<\/strong> Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la croissance intellectuelle, nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9 que nous pouvions participer \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et nous avons mis de c\u00f4t\u00e9 les doutes qui nous emp\u00eachaient d'avancer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Confiance en soi.<\/strong> La formation a consid\u00e9rablement am\u00e9lior\u00e9 notre perception de nous-m\u00eames. Elle nous a aid\u00e9s \u00e0 remplacer nos peurs par de la confiance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Repr\u00e9sentation. T<\/strong>a formation nous a apport\u00e9 des connaissances et des comp\u00e9tences, mais aussi la confiance n\u00e9cessaire pour \u00e9couter, traiter un sujet et exprimer nos id\u00e9es, sans que les autres ne nous traitent avec condescendance. Cela signifie que les autres ont \u00e9galement confiance en nous, au point de se sentir repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s par nous.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-11464 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/nimd.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/EfeakDZXoAEbXGg-640x480-1-e1607003588972.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"580\" height=\"435\" \/><\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>La participation \u00e0 l'\u00c9cole a-t-elle chang\u00e9 votre fa\u00e7on d'aborder les choses ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Je pense que le changement le plus notable, que m\u00eame ma famille a comment\u00e9, est que je me sens plus forte. J'ai plus confiance en moi pour exprimer mon opinion, mais j'ai aussi plus de patience pour \u00e9couter et comprendre les autres. Je n'ai plus peur de parler de politique, de cr\u00e9er et de d\u00e9fendre des modes de pens\u00e9e. Et j'ai plus confiance en moi pour surmonter les situations \u00e0 la maison et essayer de voir les probl\u00e8mes d'un point de vue diff\u00e9rent. C'est dr\u00f4le - une fois, j'ai m\u00eame utilis\u00e9 l'un des exercices de l'\u00e9cole de la d\u00e9mocratie pour r\u00e9soudre un probl\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Comment avez-vous utilis\u00e9 ce que vous avez appris ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La responsabilisation que je ressens a d\u00e9bouch\u00e9 sur des r\u00e9sultats concrets. Un groupe de jeunes du cours et moi-m\u00eame avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de cr\u00e9er une association pour aider et soutenir d'autres jeunes vivant avec des handicaps, ainsi que leurs familles. Nous utilisons chacun nos diff\u00e9rentes comp\u00e9tences au sein de l'organisation - nous avons donc des avocats, des journalistes, des psychologues, des athl\u00e8tes et des enseignants. Je suis sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans les orth\u00e8ses et les proth\u00e8ses.<\/p>\n<p>Le cours de l'\u00c9cole de la d\u00e9mocratie nous a donn\u00e9 les bases sur lesquelles nous avons construit notre association. Il nous a permis d'ouvrir nos options au-del\u00e0 de ce que nous avions envisag\u00e9 dans le pass\u00e9. Aujourd'hui, je crois que je peux tout faire. Je peux construire ma carri\u00e8re ; je peux avoir un r\u00f4le d\u00e9cisionnel. Et un jour, je pourrai d\u00e9fendre les int\u00e9r\u00eats des personnes handicap\u00e9es et de la population en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral depuis l'Assembl\u00e9e l\u00e9gislative.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, mon ambition personnelle est d'\u00eatre \u00e9lue \u00e0 l'Assembl\u00e9e l\u00e9gislative. Le cours m'a donn\u00e9 les outils n\u00e9cessaires pour avoir plus d'influence sur la politique et entrer dans les espaces de prise de d\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avions seulement besoin que quelqu'un croie en nous. C'est ce qu'ont fait le NIMD et ses partenaires.<\/p>\n<p>L'\u00e9cole de la d\u00e9mocratie du NIMD pour les jeunes vivant avec un handicap au Salvador a plac\u00e9 sa foi et sa confiance dans les jeunes de notre pays. Pour moi, ce qui est remarquable, c'est que l'\u00e9cole montre aux autres, et m\u00eame \u00e0 nous en tant que participants \u00e0 la formation, que nous avons le droit et les comp\u00e9tences pour nous impliquer dans la politique, ind\u00e9pendamment de notre \u00e2ge, de l'endroit o\u00f9 nous vivons ou de notre handicap.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-11467 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/nimd.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Gabriela-e1607003645441.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"580\" height=\"435\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00c0 propos de l'\u00e9cole de la d\u00e9mocratie du NIMD pour les jeunes vivant avec un handicap au Salvador<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>L'\u00e9cole pour jeunes handicap\u00e9s n'est que l'un des nombreux projets de l'Union europ\u00e9enne dans le domaine de l'\u00e9ducation. <a href=\"http:\/\/nimd.org\/fr\/democracy-school\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Cours de l'\u00e9cole de la d\u00e9mocratie du NIMD<\/a>La Commission europ\u00e9enne a mis en place un programme d'\u00e9ducation civique, o\u00f9 les politiciens \u00e9tablis et ceux qui aspirent \u00e0 le devenir se r\u00e9unissent et apprennent les valeurs d\u00e9mocratiques. En enseignant aux dirigeants \u00e9tablis et futurs des comp\u00e9tences telles que la mani\u00e8re de parler, d'\u00e9couter et de d\u00e9battre dans le respect mutuel, nous aidons la prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration \u00e0 mettre en pratique ses valeurs politiques en fonction des besoins de son pays.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Notre \u00e9cole pour jeunes handicap\u00e9s vise \u00e9galement \u00e0 renforcer les capacit\u00e9s d'un groupe de personnes susceptibles d'\u00eatre confront\u00e9es \u00e0 des obstacles \u00e0 la participation politique, \u00e0 la fois en tant que jeunes et en tant que personnes handicap\u00e9es.
