Il s'agit de partager les connaissances entre les jeunes politiciens en herbe du pays et de les aider \u00e0 tirer parti de leurs exp\u00e9riences respectives.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10123\" src=\"http:\/\/nimd.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/89579439_526035904749313_2892801503402131456_o-e1584982640598.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"580\" height=\"251\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><strong>JSoP en 2020<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les r\u00e9unions physiques ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 suspendues en Jordanie en raison de la crise mondiale du COVID-19, les activit\u00e9s du JSoP sont actuellement en suspens. Cependant, nous sommes impatients de reprendre la formation avec notre nouvelle cohorte, d\u00e8s que cela sera possible.<\/p>\n<p>Le programme 2020 comprendra<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Formation sur des sujets politiques cl\u00e9s et sur les comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour construire une carri\u00e8re politique<\/li>\n<li>Discussions interactives avec des personnalit\u00e9s politiques et gouvernementales de haut rang sur des sujets en rapport avec le contexte politique jordanien.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cette ann\u00e9e, 46 nouveaux participants d'origines et d'opinions politiques diff\u00e9rentes apprendront non seulement des formateurs, mais partageront aussi leurs propres opinions et interagiront avec leurs pairs. Les participants sont des femmes de la 50% et viennent de tout le pays.<\/p>\n<p>Nous sommes convaincus qu'une fois dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s, ces jeunes seront mieux inform\u00e9s, qu'ils auront une meilleure compr\u00e9hension de la politique et qu'ils seront convaincus qu'une politique inclusive exige de trouver un moyen constructif de travailler en collaboration malgr\u00e9 les diff\u00e9rences.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10128\" src=\"http:\/\/nimd.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/90083614_526036631415907_2195370862608121856_o-e1584982689893.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"580\" height=\"307\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Le point de vue de l'\u00e9l\u00e8ve<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Dans la perspective de la nouvelle \u00e9dition du JSoP, le NIMD s'est entretenu avec d'anciens et d'actuels \u00e9l\u00e8ves pour conna\u00eetre leur point de vue et leurs attentes \u00e0 l'\u00e9gard de l'\u00e9cole.<\/p>\n<p>Deema Kharabsheh, participante au programme 2019 :<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\"La plus grande valeur de la JSoP est sans aucun doute de pouvoir interagir avec un groupe aussi diversifi\u00e9.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<figure id=\"attachment_10139\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-10139\" style=\"width: 580px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-10139\" src=\"http:\/\/nimd.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Deema-scaled-e1585142732311.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"580\" height=\"314\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-10139\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Deema Kharabsheh s'adresse aux \u00e9tudiants lors de la premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition du JSoP.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Mohd Awad, participant au programme 2020 :<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\"La raison de mon adh\u00e9sion est de d\u00e9velopper mes comp\u00e9tences et de les mettre \u00e0 profit dans mon propre travail. Je suis en train de cr\u00e9er un centre de recherche. La cl\u00e9, pour moi, sera donc une meilleure compr\u00e9hension des acronymes et de la terminologie, et leur utilisation dans mon propre travail et mes propres activit\u00e9s\".<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Un autre nouvel \u00e9tudiant, Wala Hasan :<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\"La raison de mon adh\u00e9sion est de d\u00e9velopper mes connaissances et mes comp\u00e9tences, et d'explorer les moyens de devenir plus actif politiquement. C'est d'autant plus important que les femmes sont confront\u00e9es \u00e0 un plus grand d\u00e9fi, \u00e0 des st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes n\u00e9gatifs et \u00e0 une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qui ne les prend pas au s\u00e9rieux.\"<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3><strong>Opportunit\u00e9s en 2020<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Plus tard dans l'ann\u00e9e, le NIMD esp\u00e8re inviter les \u00e9tudiants les plus performants du JSoP \u00e0 une s\u00e9rie d'ateliers de formation. <a href=\"https:\/\/nimd.org\/fr\/mena-youth-forum-for-democracy-a-regional-exchange\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Forums r\u00e9gionaux<\/a>. Ces forums, lanc\u00e9s en 2019, visent \u00e0 promouvoir la coop\u00e9ration entre les pays de la r\u00e9gion MENA. Ensemble, ces jeunes peuvent s'attaquer aux obstacles aux syst\u00e8mes politiques inclusifs, partager les meilleures pratiques en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8res politiques pour les jeunes et s'autonomiser gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la connaissance de leurs pays respectifs et d'autres d\u00e9mocraties.<\/p>\n<p>En outre, si la situation du COVID-19 le permet, les \u00e9tudiants de la JSoP auront la possibilit\u00e9 de s'impliquer dans les \u00e9lections parlementaires jordaniennes de septembre 2020.
