U Tin Oo, procureur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l'\u00c9tat de Shan, lui-m\u00eame ancien \u00e9l\u00e8ve du programme MySoP, et S.E. U Tin Oo<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Travaillant au-del\u00e0 des clivages politiques, l'\u00e9cole de politique a r\u00e9uni 15 politiciens de neuf partis politiques diff\u00e9rents ainsi que des membres de la sous-commission \u00e9lectorale de l'\u00c9tat de Shan afin d'\u00e9tudier et de pratiquer la politique d\u00e9mocratique. Le cours de base se concentre sur le renforcement des capacit\u00e9s des politiciens ainsi que sur l'am\u00e9lioration de la pratique du dialogue multipartite.<\/p>\n<p>Ce cours comprenait de la th\u00e9orie politique et une formation aux comp\u00e9tences telles que la r\u00e9daction de discours et l'organisation de campagnes, l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes en politique, les r\u00e8gles et r\u00e8glements \u00e9lectoraux et la r\u00e9conciliation dans le processus de paix.
