Aujourd'hui, le NIMD c\u00e9l\u00e8bre Journ\u00e9e internationale de la femme<\/a>L'Ann\u00e9e europ\u00e9enne de la femme, organis\u00e9e chaque ann\u00e9e en l'honneur des r\u00e9alisations sociales, \u00e9conomiques, culturelles et politiques des femmes.<\/p>\n

Le th\u00e8me de cette ann\u00e9e, \"Faire preuve d'audace pour le changement<\/a>\"est un appel \u00e0 forger un meilleur monde du travail, un monde plus \u00e9galitaire et r\u00e9ellement inclusif. En particulier, il appelle \u00e0 une action innovante qui conduise \u00e0 un r\u00e9el changement pour les femmes.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 travers ses programmes, la NIMD met l'accent sur l'inclusivit\u00e9 et vise \u00e0 garantir aux femmes un acc\u00e8s \u00e9gal \u00e0 la repr\u00e9sentation politique, \u00e0 la participation et au leadership.<\/p>\n

Pour nous, au NIMD, une d\u00e9mocratie inclusive signifie que tous les citoyens doivent se sentir repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s et entendus. Dans ce contexte, une v\u00e9ritable \u00e9galit\u00e9 signifie que tous les citoyens doivent avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un terrain de jeu \u00e9gal et qu'ils doivent pouvoir acc\u00e9der aux structures de pouvoir sur un pied d'\u00e9galit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Et, malheureusement, nous avons encore un long chemin \u00e0 parcourir. D'apr\u00e8s le ONU Femmes<\/a>En juin 2016, seuls 22,81 % des repr\u00e9sentants des parlements nationaux \u00e9taient des femmes. De plus, dans les pays d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s, seuls 30% des minist\u00e8res sont dirig\u00e9s par des femmes, et les femmes ne repr\u00e9sentent que 16,5% des ministres de l'\u00e9conomie, de la d\u00e9fense, du tr\u00e9sor, des affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res et du minist\u00e8re de l'int\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n

C'est pourquoi, d'apr\u00e8s notre exp\u00e9rience, il ne suffit pas de promouvoir un si\u00e8ge \u00e0 la table des n\u00e9gociations pour les femmes et les autres groupes marginalis\u00e9s. C'est pourquoi nous visons \u00e0 atteindre l'inclusivit\u00e9 en aidant les politiciens \u00e0 travailler sur la l\u00e9gislation nationale, en travaillant avec les partis politiques sur leurs r\u00e8glements internes et en encourageant une culture politique ouverte.<\/p>\n
