Las organizaciones no pueden esperar implantar el cambio a menos que est\u00e9n dispuestas a echar un vistazo genuinamente autocr\u00edtico a sus propias estructuras y asegurarse de que sus propias casas est\u00e1n en orden.\"<\/p>\n<h2>Compromisos para un futuro igualitario<\/h2>\n<p>Los dos nuevos compromisos de Thijs son los siguientes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\"Me comprometo a cultivar una cultura organizativa positiva y de apoyo entre todo el personal, en la que la igualdad de g\u00e9nero y el empoderamiento de las mujeres sean medibles y est\u00e9n integrados en todos los procesos de toma de decisiones y programaci\u00f3n. Para ello, pondr\u00e9 en pr\u00e1ctica y har\u00e9 un seguimiento de al menos dos recomendaciones de la auditor\u00eda de g\u00e9nero.\"<\/li>\n<li>\"Me comprometo a cultivar una cultura organizativa positiva y de apoyo entre todo el personal en la que la igualdad de g\u00e9nero y la capacitaci\u00f3n de las mujeres sean medibles y est\u00e9n integradas en todos los procesos de toma de decisiones y programaci\u00f3n. Para ello, incluir\u00e9 en la encuesta de satisfacci\u00f3n del personal preguntas sobre el entorno de trabajo desde una perspectiva de g\u00e9nero.\"<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Visiones para 2023<\/h2>\n<p>NIMD est\u00e1 deseando compartir estos compromisos con los m\u00e1s de 300 Gender Champions activos en la red, y embarcarse en un ambicioso programa de trabajo en 2023 en <a href=\"https:\/\/nimd.org\/es\/what-we-do\/womens-political-participation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Participaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica de las mujeres<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de la red CIG, el NIMD tambi\u00e9n es miembro de la red <a href=\"https:\/\/nimd.org\/es\/programme\/leap4peace\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Consorcio LEAP4Peace<\/a>que apoya a las mujeres de Myanmar, Colombia y Burundi para que puedan desempe\u00f1ar un papel significativo en el liderazgo pol\u00edtico, la resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos y la consolidaci\u00f3n de la paz.
