La oficina de NIMD en Ben\u00edn ha celebrado la segunda sesi\u00f3n de formaci\u00f3n de la Escuela de Pol\u00edtica 2018. La formaci\u00f3n se desarroll\u00f3 del 29 de junio al 1 de julio y se centra en los retos de la descentralizaci\u00f3n en Ben\u00edn.<\/p>\n

Los participantes recibieron formaci\u00f3n de Camille Dossou, experta en gobernanza local, y Vincent Acakpo, alcalde de la ciudad de Dogbo.<\/p>\n

Las escuelas de NIMD<\/h3>\n

Las Escuelas de la Democracia del NIMD<\/a>\u00a0y Escuelas de Pol\u00edtica re\u00fanen a pol\u00edticos y futuros l\u00edderes de todo el espectro pol\u00edtico. Desde el primer d\u00eda, los participantes adquieren las habilidades que necesitar\u00e1n para convertirse en l\u00edderes pol\u00edticos. Y estudian principios democr\u00e1ticos clave como la igualdad, la \u00e9tica y la inclusi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Y lo que es igual de importante, al trabajar juntos sin distinci\u00f3n de partidos, los participantes llegan a conocerse bien, entablan relaciones y aprenden a confiar los unos en los otros.
