Los d\u00edas 30 y 31 de marzo, j\u00f3venes pol\u00edticos de diversas afiliaciones pol\u00edticas de todo el C\u00e1ucaso Meridional y Ucrania se reunieron para debatir los logros y los retos de los procesos democr\u00e1ticos en curso en la regi\u00f3n. La campa\u00f1a electoral y el papel de los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n en los procesos democr\u00e1ticos, la participaci\u00f3n de la mujer en el proceso de toma de decisiones y el fortalecimiento de la local autogobierno fueron s\u00f3lo algunas de las cuestiones destacadas en este foro.<\/span><\/p>\n

Una caracter\u00edstica especial de este a\u00f1o fue el discurso inaugural del antiguo ministro holand\u00e9s de Defensa, Eimert van Middelkoop, y la participaci\u00f3n de cinco organizaciones pol\u00edticas juveniles holandesas. Las organizaciones juveniles hicieron una presentaci\u00f3n sobre el papel y el funcionamiento de sus organizaciones en los Pa\u00edses Bajos. Las organizaciones juveniles pol\u00edticas holandesas se encuentran entre las mejor organizadas de Europa, en parte gracias a sus s\u00f3lidos sistemas internos. El objetivo de los participantes holandeses era inspirar a los j\u00f3venes pol\u00edticos de la regi\u00f3n y tambi\u00e9n dejarse inspirar por ellos e intercambiar ideas. Participaron las siguientes organizaciones juveniles CDJA (Partido de la Apelaci\u00f3n Dem\u00f3crata Cristiana), DWARS (Partido Verde), Perspectief (Partido de la Uni\u00f3n Cristiana), J\u00f3venes Dem\u00f3cratas (Partido Democrats 66), J\u00f3venes Socialistas (Partido Laborista).<\/p>\n

La democracia es un proceso continuo y en constante evoluci\u00f3n en el C\u00e1ucaso Meridional y Ucrania. El IV Foro de J\u00f3venes Pol\u00edticos del C\u00e1ucaso Meridional y Ucrania sigue siendo una plataforma fundamental para el debate pol\u00edtico de los futuros responsables de la regi\u00f3n.
