How to get there

By car

From Amsterdam (A4) Utrecht (A12) and Rotterdam (A13):

  • Via the Prins Clausplein, follow the signs for Den Haag
  • Continue on the Utrechtsebaan (A12)
  • At the traffic lights at the end of the Utrechtsebaan, turn left to the Zuid Hollandlaan/S101
  • At the following traffic lights, take a left to the Koningskade/S100
  • After 300 meters take a right to Korte Voorhout
  • Continue the road to Tournooiveld
  • Tournooiveld turns slightly to the right and becomes Lange Vijverberg
  • Make a left to Kneuterdijk
  • Go straight towards Buitenhof and continue the road to Hofweg
  • On your right hand side you will find the entrance to the ‘Passage’, this is a pedestrian area where you can find our office at number 31
  • There is no parking in front of the ‘Passage’, the nearest parking area is at the ‘Plein’

By public transport

The NIMD office is easily accessible by public transport from railway stations Den Haag Centraal (Central Station) and Hollands Spoor (HS). By foot it will take you about ten minutes from Central Station and slightly longer from HS. You can plan your trip on http://9292.nl/en.

  • From Central Station you can travel by tram 2 (direction Kraayenstein), 3 (dir. Loosduinen) or 4 (dir. De Uithof) – Get off at stop Spui
  • From station HS you can take tram 1 (direction Scheveningen Noorderstrand), 9 (dir. Madurodam/Scheveningen Noorderstrand), 16 (dir. Centrum) or 17 (dir. Statenkwartier) – Get off at stop Kalvermarkt-Stadhuis, Centrum or Gravenstraat
