On October 30 Kenyan democracy activist Njeri Kabeberi received a Human Rights Award from the Chamber of Lawyers of Frankfurt am Main. Subsequently, on November 3, she was honoured in The Netherlands, where she was awarded a 'democracy ribbon' by the mayor of The Hague.

On October 29 Njeri Kabeberi, Director of the Kenyan Centre for Multiparty Democracy (CMD-K) will receive a Human Rights Award from the Chamber of Lawyers of Frankfurt am Main.
